Triage & Telephone Support

Claimants can be telephone triaged by one of our trained in-house operators. They will be taken through a carefully scripted call designed to establish what treatment they would benefit from. The claimant's answers are assessed by our panel of medical experts who give their verdict within 48 hours of the triage call.

We can offer claimants a number of support options depending on their condition. These may include:

 • Immediate post accident telephone triage and treatment service


• Home Exercise Information Pack and DVD plus ongoing telephone support


• Physiotherapy or psychological assessment and treatment locally


• Specialist referral followed by early medical investigation and treatment

information pack on Rehabilitation services


Home exercise and reassurance is proven to be effective in the majority of minor soft tissue
injuries, we constantly monitor the progress of each case and provide more comprehensive
therapy should the claimant's case justify it.
