What role does Medical Report Services play in terms of my claim?
How far will I have to travel for my appointment?

It can be very difficult to rearrange an appointment and can cause a major delay to your claim but we realise that it is sometimes unavoidable. If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we ask that you ring our offices and/or the expert’s office as soon as possible. If we have enough notice, it is not usually a problem for us to find you a new appointment more suitable for you. If you fail to give at least seven days’ notice when cancelling, you risk incurring a late cancellation charge.
Will I be asked to provide any further information as part of my claim?
Why are my medical records needed?
What happens to my medical records once the expert has finished with them?
How long will it take for my report to be completed once my appointment has taken place?
What happens once the expert has completed his report?
