What do I have to do before the appointment?

You will not need to do anything specific to prepare for your appointment but it is a good idea to ensure that you know exactly where you are going and that you can get there in good time. Our experts run to very tight schedules and, if you are late for an appointment they may not be able to see you. It can be very difficult to rearrange an appointment and can cause a major delay to your claim, you may also a non-attendance charge if you miss your appointment.

Also if you receive any forms from your solicitor or ourselves relating to the appointment it is crucial that you return those as soon as possible or this can cause significant delays in the settlement of your claim.

Please ensure that you have two forms of identification with you at the appointment, one of these will need to be photo ID.
