FAQ

What role does Medical Report Services play in terms of my claim?

How far will I have to travel for my appointment?

If you require an examination by a General Practitioner or an Orthopaedic Consultant, it is uncommon for you to have to travel more than 10 or 15 fifteen miles for an appointment. In some, more rural, areas you may be required to travel further. In cases where you are required to see a particularly specialist Doctor (e.g a Neurologist or Psychologist) as part of your claim, you may have to travel slightly further afield. We will, however, always seek to find an appointment venue which is as convenient as possible for you.
