What happens once the expert has completed his report?

Once we have received the report, it is proof read by our report checking team before being sent on to your legal representative or insurer. They will then typically give you the chance to read over the report and if you feel there are elements of the report which do not match up with the information you gave the expert at the examination, you can highlight these and we can return to the expert and ask him to amend the report if necessary.
