What role does Medical Report Services play in terms of my claim?

Why are my medical records needed?

What happens to my medical records once the expert has finished with them?

Your confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us and your records are handled with extreme care. We request that your GP surgery and any hospitals post copies of your records only, and that these are sent by secure delivery. The records will only be handled by Medical Report Services and the expert instructed to examine you, unless your legal representative or insurer request copies which can be provided as needed. Once finished with, the paper copies of your records are securely destroyed.

How long will it take for my report to be completed once my appointment has taken place?

What happens once the expert has completed his report?
