e-reporting group ltd is a founder member of the Association of Medical Reporting Organisations. Being a founder member of AMRO, e-reporting group has helped to set the professional criteria for all other medico-legal organisations.

 The Medical Reporting Organisational Agreement is an agreement between medical reporting agencies and the insurers and has governed the industry since it came into place in May 2007. The agreement outlines the cost of expert medical evidence and sets two levels of capped rates - a reduced one for fees paid within 90 days of the medical report and the total amount of those paid after that time.This removes the uncertainty for the insurer and promotes reciprocal arrangements between all parties.
